This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) applies to digital goods purchased on NowForge(“NowForge”) unless a listing specifies different license terms provided by the seller, which then control for that product.
Upon full payment, you (or the organization you represent) receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the purchased product within your own ServiceNow instances for your internal business purposes, subject to this EULA and any seller-specified terms.
Unless the listing states otherwise, a purchase covers use by a single organization across its own ServiceNow instances. Where a listing offers per-instance, per-developer, or other tiers, those terms apply.
Unless a listing states otherwise, a purchase includes every future version of that product at no additional cost, for as long as the product is offered. New versions appear in your library automatically.
Downloads are delivered through single-use links that expire and are tied to your account. Each purchase carries a set number of downloads per released version; shipping a new version renews that allowance, so your access to updates is not limited over time. If you need more downloads of a given version for a legitimate reason, contact support and we will extend it.
The product is licensed, not sold. The seller retains all intellectual-property rights not expressly granted here.
Products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, NowForge and sellers disclaim all warranties, and liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service. Always test in a non-production ServiceNow instance before deploying.
This license terminates automatically if you breach it; on termination you must stop using and delete the product.
