Refund Policy

Because NowForge sells digital goods that are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and copied, all sales are generally final. We do, however, want the marketplace to be fair — so refunds are available in the situations below.

When you may be eligible for a refund

• The product is broken or materially not as described — it fails to install or function as its listing represents, and the seller cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
• Duplicate or accidental purchase — you bought the same item twice, or were charged in error.
• Never downloaded — you have not downloaded the deliverable and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

When refunds are not available

• you changed your mind after downloading a working product;
• the product is incompatible because your environment doesn’t meet the stated requirements or ServiceNow release compatibility;
• you lack the ServiceNow entitlements needed to use the product;
• you violated the license (e.g., redistribution).

How to request a refund

Open a thread in our message center with your order details and a description of the problem. We may ask for logs or screenshots and may involve the seller. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

Third-party seller products

For items sold by third-party sellers, NowForge facilitates refunds under this policy. Any platform commission is reversed together with the seller’s share when a refund is granted.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster directly, and fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Custom builds

Custom-build engagements are governed by their individual statements of work, which set their own payment and refund terms.
