Welcome to NowForge (“NowForge,” “we,” “us”), an online marketplace at nowforge.studio where independent developers and vendors list, sell, and purchase software plugins, update sets, scoped applications, and related digital goods for the ServiceNow platform, and where buyers may commission custom builds. By creating an account, browsing, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service.
NowForge is an independent marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ServiceNow, Inc. “ServiceNow” and related marks are trademarks of ServiceNow, Inc. You are responsible for complying with your own ServiceNow license terms when installing anything obtained here.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Digital goods are delivered as secure, access-controlled downloads tied to your account. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. See our Refund Policy.
For third-party seller sales, NowForge retains a platform commission of 20% of the sale price (configurable and disclosed to sellers); the remainder is owed to the seller per the Seller Agreement. First-party (NowForge-owned) products are not subject to a commission.
Unless a listing states otherwise, purchases are governed by our End-User License Agreement. Sellers may attach their own additional license terms, which apply to their products.
You agree not to:
Custom-build requests are proposals, not binding orders, until scope and price are mutually agreed in writing. Deliverables, timelines, and ownership are defined in the applicable statement of work.
Sellers retain ownership of their products and grant NowForge a license to host, display, market, and distribute them through the platform. The NowForge name, site design, and content are our property. You may not copy the site or its branding.
The service and all digital goods are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that any product is error-free, secure, or compatible with your ServiceNow instance. You are responsible for testing in a non-production environment before deploying.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NowForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to NowForge for the transaction giving rise to the claim in the prior twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold NowForge harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
