This Seller Agreement governs your listing and sale of digital goods on NowForge (“NowForge”). It supplements our Terms of Service. By becoming a seller, you accept it.
You must own or have the right to sell everything you list, and each listing must be accurate about function, requirements, and ServiceNow release compatibility. All new listings and edits to live listings are reviewed by an administrator before publication.
When a refund or chargeback is granted under our Refund Policy, the corresponding seller earnings are reversed. Excessive refunds or disputes may lead to review or removal.
You retain ownership of your products. You grant NowForge a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, market, demonstrate, and distribute your products through the platform, and to sublicense them to buyers as needed to deliver purchases. You represent that your products do not infringe third-party rights.
You set your prices. You must honor the price shown to a buyer at the time of purchase. Taxes may be added at checkout.
We may remove listings or suspend seller accounts that violate this Agreement, the Terms, or law. You may stop selling at any time; obligations relating to prior sales (support, refunds, taxes) survive.
You are an independent seller, not an employee, agent, or partner of NowForge. Nothing here creates a joint venture.
